Then I met Angelika and after two sessions with her I was able to let go of guilt and shame from the past almost instantly. Then I did a week long self retreat meditating with Angelika's group or on my own and practiced intensive breathing sessions everyday. Doing that made a huge shift in my way ofappreciating life. My body responded to it by allowing me these days to run for 45 minutes without experiencing pain. (I was diagnosed with several herniated discs in my neck, middle and lower back and I couldn't walk for more then 20 minutes.
